The Neuter Scooter will be at the Vista Library parking lot on August 30, 2009 at 8 A.M.
Low income Pet Owners and Good Samaritans helping abandoned cats can get them spayed or neutered at the SNAP mobile veterinarian -staffed bus.
Pets must be 8 weeks of age or older ( okay if in heat)
NO WALK UPS- ALL MUST HAVE APPOINTMENTS!
