Housing Opportunities Collaborative in Collaboration with VITA ( Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program) San Diego County Library and Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego.
Offers free tax help to low to moderate income ( generally $49, 100 and below) people who cannot prepare their own tax returns. Certified volunteers. Starting Feb. 10- thru April14, 2012
